Tennis

Tennis

RevSports Tennis teaches and reinforces the fundamentals of groundstrokes, footwork, movement skills, volleys and net play through engaging, high-energy sessions built around the RevSports Learn. Practice. Play. approach. Across classes, camps, and game play programming, players build confidence, coordination, and a feel for the game while staying active and having fun. Each session blends skill development with opportunities to apply what they’re learning in a supportive, age-appropriate setting. Programs are designed for all ability levels, whether it’s your players first experience or they’re continuing to build their skills.

What Players Learn

Groundstrokes

Players build confidence hitting forehands and backhands while learning proper grip, swing path, and how to control the ball during rallies.

Footwork & Movement

Players learn how to move efficiently around the court, get into position, and stay balanced so they are ready to make the next play.

Volleys & Net Play

Players practice controlling the ball at the net while developing quick reactions, hand-eye coordination, and confidence finishing points.

Scoring & Rules

Players are introduced to basic scoring, rules, and game flow so they can understand how matches work and play with confidence.

Game Play

Each class ends with a tennis match, giving players the chance to apply the skills they’ve been practicing in a real game setting. RevSports believes that learning through play helps build confidence, game awareness, and a better understanding of how tennis works.

What Players Need

Racket: Rackets and balls are provided, but players are invited to bring their own racket.

Attire: Athletic footwear is highly recommended.
