What Players Learn

Running with the Ball

Players build confidence carrying the football while learning balance, body control, and how to move through space with purpose.

Catching

Players practice tracking the ball, using proper hand positioning, and building confidence receiving passes in active game situations.

Defensive Coverage

Players learn basic defensive positioning, spacing, and awareness while working on staying with their player and reacting to the play.

Running Routes

Players are introduced to route running, changes of direction, timing, and how to create space to receive the football.

Game Play

Each class ends with flag football game play, giving players the chance to apply the skills they’ve been practicing in a real game setting. RevSports believes that learning through play helps build confidence, game awareness, and a better understanding of how flag football works. Players take turns running with the ball, catching, playing defense and running routes in a fun and supportive environment.

How RevSports Develops Players

Learn
RevSports coaches begin each day with an active, instruction-based warm up. In flag football, it begins with pulling flags and running with the ball.
Practice
Players practice ball carrying, catching, passing and defensive skills through structured, fun activities that mirror game situations and reinforce the fundamentals of play.
Play
Each day ends with game play, where players use their learned skills in real game situations, reinforcing how those skills translate to the game.
